Mike O’Connor is the CEO of Coldspring and represents the fourth generation of family leadership at the company. He joined Coldspring in 2019 and quickly became known for his thoughtful leadership style, strong employee relationships, and deep understanding of the company’s values and culture. Prior to becoming CEO, Mike served in business development leadership roles and helped guide strategic growth initiatives across the organization. As CEO, Mike continues the Alexander family legacy while leading Coldspring’s focus on innovation, customer partnerships, employee engagement, and servant leadership throughout the natural stone and bronze industries.
