As a second-generation employee and lifelong Cold Spring area resident, Greg’s commitment to Coldspring and the surrounding communities is fundamental to our success. Greg joined the company in 1983 as a Maintenance Mechanic in the quarries and has held various leadership roles within the company throughout his years. As the current President and COO, he believes that our strong foundation and engaged team members have enabled us to be a reliable partner for our customers and community partners. Each day, Greg is guided by his purpose of being a servant leader for not only his family, but also for the families of employees and those within the communities we serve. In his spare time, Greg enjoys spending time on the lake and fishing.

Jason entered the stone industry working for a family-owned stone countertop business, and never looked back. Since joining Coldspring in 2010, he has served in multiple capacities throughout the company in the areas of inside sales, project management and sales management. In his current role as the Vice President of Sales specializing in the architectural market, he provides motivation and leadership to his growing team. Outside of the office, you’ll find him fishing and hunting or coaching both baseball and basketball at the youth level.

Erin brings a unique perspective to her role as the Vice President of Sales in the memorial market because she was once a customer of Coldspring herself. Before joining the company in 2014, Erin served the funeral industry as a Funeral Director, Memorial Design Manager and Sales Manager for an independent cemetery. She enjoys helping both sales professionals and the clients we serve by providing a consultative sales approach. During her free time, she’s creating memories with her husband and two little boys.

Reid joined Coldspring in 2013 and opened up our Coldspring Bismarck, ND location. He made the move back to our Corporate office in 2020 and now provides value for our customers as the Vice President of Sales in Stone Products. He is responsible for providing leadership and direction for all promotion, selling, new business/new product development and customer/project acquisition activity in slab sales, landscape/granite specialties, block sales, & outlying locations. When he’s not working, Reid is an avid outdoorsman and active in youth wrestling and baseball.

Joining Coldspring in 2019, Brent’s background includes experience with national brands leading product strategy, pricing, forecasting, and promotional plans. As the Vice President of Marketing, Brent and his team are responsible for helping the company understand the markets we serve, developing our unique value proposition, and leveraging multi-channel marketing to engage our customers. When he’s not driving strategy, you’ll find Brent out on the lake with his family, hunting with his dog Scout, or hitting the trails on his snowmobile.

In his role as the Vice President of Administrative Services, Mark seeks for and thrives on adding value by overseeing the company’s support teams including: Human Resources, IT, Logistics, Purchasing, and Continuous Improvement and Quality. Since joining the company in 2019, Mark has led our continuous improvement work through optimizing the opportunity to develop and grow in all areas across the company. In his spare time, Mark enjoys hiking, biking and kayaking with family.

Since joining Coldspring in 1985, Jerry has held a variety of positions throughout the company, including new positions within newly formed departments. His experience in project management, corporate procurement, sales and construction services provides him a strong background in his role at the Director of Value-Added Services. He has traveled extensively across four continents seeking new vendors and new markets for Coldspring, and is always ready to step up and take on a new challenge.

Roy brings his experience and passion to serve customers and support the team in any way he can as the Director of Foundry Operations. Before joining the company in 2020, Roy served our country as an aviator in the U.S. Navy for 32 years where he honed his process improvement and servant leadership skills. Roy has a unique connection with Coldspring that goes back to 1921. His great grandfather sold land, which today is known as the Diamond Pink Quarry, to the Alexander brothers for shares in the company.

Starting with the company as an intern in 1999, Josh has held many roles throughout the company and has worked in areas including continuous improvement, production, operations, tooling sales and his current role overseeing Coldspring’s stone operations and tooling department. Through his work, he has had the opportunity to travel extensively throughout Europe, Asia and South America. His committed involvement in industry boards and local sport associations keeps him engaged with the markets and his community.

Since joining the company in 1999, Steve has spent time in continuous improvement, memorial operations, purchasing and logistics. As the Director of Quarries and Outlying Operations, Steve uses his passion to build on and develop opportunities for the use of stone from our 30 quarries across the country. Steve is a recognized speaker for numerous Lean and Stone Industry Conferences and Conventions.

As Coldspring’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Joe oversees Coldspring’s financial operations, focusing on driving long-term value through strategic financial planning, risk management, and operational efficiency.   Prior to joining Coldspring Joe served as Chief Financial Officer at Falcon National Bank, where he led financial operations, balanced sheet risk management, and all internal and external reporting requirements.  He has also held senior finance positions at UnitedHealth Group, overseeing a $37 billion portfolio and leading financial planning and analysis across 26 markets.  His extensive experience spanning multiple financial disciplines and leadership activities is pivotal in driving Coldspring’s ongoing commitment to innovation, operational efficiency, and excellence across its business operations.
