ICR Discovery Center and Beck Architecture selected StoneLite^® natural stone composite panels an element of their exterior facade. The north elevation column frames are clad in StoneLite^® Noce Travertine panels and StoneLite^® Texas Shell limestone panels are installed on the entrance feature wall.

Both stones have unique characteristics. The Noce travertine was vein cut with a honed and filled finish. Some designs call for a “filled” finish which means the stone’s natural voids are filled in with a mixture tinted to a specific color. Texas Shell has distinct, visible fossils, and shells which creates an immediate and interesting design element.
