On August 1, 2007 the 35W Bridge in Minneapolis, MN collapsed taking the lives of 13 individuals and injuring over 150 people. A large Mesabi Black® granite wall featuring the names of the injured victims was created along with 13 towering I-beams inscribed with the 13 victims names was designed in memorial of them.
